Delete your account & data
You can request deletion of your NaamJap account (provided by NaamJap Global LLC) and the personal data associated with it. Here’s how, and what happens.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the app
- Open NaamJap and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm your request. Your account and data will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2 — From the web
Submit the form below, or email contact@naamjapglobal.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the email linked to your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile details
- Your chant history, Malas, and streaks
- Audio associated with your sessions
- Device and push-notification tokens
What may be retained
- Limited data we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons
- Records already written to a public blockchain, which are permanent and cannot be deleted
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days. If we need to keep any limited information for the reasons above, we’ll retain only what is necessary and delete the rest. Questions? Email contact@naamjapglobal.com.
